How does your delivery service work?
We will deliver to nearby campsites, hotels, or attractions we deliver to pipestem resort state park , Bluestone, lake Marina and allot more places, don't hesitate to call us and ask
What are the age restrictions?
Most people 14 years old and older can ride our e-bikes if accompanied by an adult. A parent or guardian must be present to sign a waiver. Our RadWagon 4 can accommodate smaller children. Call to inquire.
How far can I ride?
This can vary on the level of assistance you use during your ride, but our e-bikes generally ride for 30-45 miles per charge.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes, waivers must be signed by each rider before the e-bike is released.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes. most e-bikes have a 275 lb weight limit. The velotric has a 350 lb weight limit.
